Frankfort Must Restore Constitutional Sanity To Family Courts Now

Kentucky's Republicans should jump at the chance to quickly restore constitutional sanity to Kentucky's Corrupt Family Courts and shut down ongoing draconian policy and practices. Chances are, they probably will not when you learn that both republicans and democrats are bedfellows and in cohoots to exploit parents and their children for federal cash shown in the report "Kentucky's Family Law Corruption Problem"

In the report "Agenda 21 Targets The Traditional Family and 2nd Amendment" a blueprint was shown along with the actors involved how family is targeted by radical leftist, statist ideology, and a sleeper cell gun grab scheme.

Moreover outrageuos, shown in the report "Beshear and Stumbo Sued for Deprivation of 1st Amendment Rights" how arrogant the culture of corruption has become in Kentucky when the political class thumbs it's nose at the fundamental right of the people to petition for a redress of their grievances.

Not surprising still, is the question of "Will Greg Stumbo Now Grandstand To Pass Travis' Law?"
Arizona - Jodi Arias Found Guilty of Horrific First Degree Murder

It's also high time Kentucky's Presstitute Media show some public service integrity on this subject matter or forever be consigned as a collusive partner to the culture of corruption.

While divorce is such a delicate subject dealing with the issue of divorce and separation can be devastating to all parties involved. If you do not have children then that will help lighten the load of your domestic disputes, but if you do have children it makes the matter more complicated to experience and deal with. I do not condone it, but sometimes and unfortunately it's necessary due to the current domestic laws that protect our legal rights.suing home wrecker.

A grassroots movement to reform CPS in KENTUCKY having our first meeting in Lexington, KY. On the 1st Saturday in June 2014.

1). Restructuring the outdated ‘models’ used by CPS, Group Homes, Foster Care, etc, that is currently more focused on behavior rather than cognitive development, i.e. more on holistic mind/body approaches as part of the healing and recovery. Currently alienating and isolating children while severing parental and family ties, little by little.
2). Formulate a way to funnel federal funding toward programs and resources that do facilitate healing before a crisis and family reunification after that genuinely honors the sanctity of the family unit. ‘Family Reunification’ is never written on the ‘Prevention Plan’. Parent’s signature misrepresents the intent as ‘consent’. The Prevention Plan will not include your concerns. The social worker ‘verbally’ assures you they will be addressed. Your concerns will not be addressed
3). Public awareness in breaking the ‘3-D Iron Triangle’ (HIPPA, Attorneys, Judges, and CPS workers). Nothing you say is confidential and will be used against you—behind closed doors
4). Spearhead Sensitivity Training, PTSD and ADHD (more to be added) as part of the educational degree curriculum and yearly required state education format for Attorneys, CPS Workers, CPS Supervisors, Judges, Advocates, Psychology ‘doctors’, Psychiatry, and most important
5). Mandatory (and confidential) psychological and psychiatric evaluations as part of the hiring and continued employment process (with onsite psychologist and/or psychiatry available) for the following: Board of Education, Transportation, Law Enforcement, Health/Medical Care Providers (nurses, doctors, etc), Social Workers.
6). Education Reform that includes a format towards self-empowerment, critical thinking, creative expression, and individual exploration. (Similar to the Hawn Foundation’s, ‘Mind up’). Board of Education includes an Attorney that represents the children.
7). Review Board for all IEP Students BEFORE entering the school that currently takes six-eight months.
8). How to and points of contact in reporting abuse and neglect in the (Insert County, State) by teachers, Social Workers, DCBS Department, Foster Homes, Group Homes, on-site police officers
9). Implement Parent advocates/attorneys. (Court provided advocates and pro-bono attorney’s do not represent the parent (YOU) or ever go against state court—nothing is confidential and everything will be used against you.
10). Checks and balances that remove immunity and accountability in DCBS and Family Courts.
11). Open Family Courts. Put a stop to back door deals that result in selling out our children and
13). Implement a way to spearhead TV Coverage in Local News, Newspapers, and Radios.
This list is not inclusive. Kentucky is a large state with 120 counties. So far only five volunteers from five counties will attend the ‘Kentucky Task Force for CPS Reform’. If you (or a friend) have a reliable vehicle to attend the 1st meeting please join us and support other volunteers by assisting in car-pooling The goal is 120 volunteers from each county to be divided into regional representatives and contact points.

I never would have thought this kind of a problem would end up in family law, but it makes sense. Property is the hardest thing to divide in a divorce, and people are very sensitive about the topic. And I will always agree that witnesses should be prepared to understand and use the courtroom. Thanks.
